    We’re so excited to welcome baker, cookbook author and former Great American Baking Show contestant Martin Sorge to the shop! Martin will be bringing some of his own baked goods for us to taste, we’ll be pouring a few of his favorite German wines alongside them, and he’ll be signing copies of his new cookbook.

    Martin grew up in Indiana and now lives in Chicago, and his baking pulls from both his Great Lakes roots and the food and cultures of the city he now calls home, with plenty of his own creativity mixed in.

    Come taste what Martin’s baking, drink some really good German wine, talk food and wine with us, and grab a signed cookbook while you’re here.

    Just in time for holiday gifting, although we fully support buying one for yourself.
